Where Do Kids Eat Free in Texas? Day-by-Day Guide for 2026

Denny’s promotion page advertises one free kids’ meal per adult entrée from 4–10 PM daily, with location restrictions.

Its separate FAQ describes up to two kids’ entrées per adult entrée costing $6 or more, dine-in only, with days varying by location. These published terms differ: ask your restaurant which offer it honors.

Moe’s Southwest Grill

The offers page lists two kids’ meal reward schedules. Its main offer says Saturday issue and Friday expiry. A separate loyalty entry says Sunday issue and Saturday expiry. Use the expiry shown on the reward in your account.

Both entries require Moe Rewards, a qualifying entrée and applying the reward at checkout. Each qualifying entrée in the same transaction covers one kids’ meal. The reward is single use. A single taco, kids’ meal or meal kit does not qualify.

Modern Market Eatery

The previously listed offer was a free kids’ meal with an adult entrée on Saturday and Sunday after 5 PM. Current third-party listings still describe that schedule, but current offer terms could not be confirmed on the restaurant’s website during this update.

Ask your location whether it still runs the promotion, which days apply and whether there are age or order restrictions. It is not included in the scheduled-offer finder above.

Chili’s

The former kids-eat-free page now redirects to the general My Chili’s rewards page. That page does not currently promise a standing free kids’ meal offer.

Check your account for a specific valid reward before ordering. Account offers should be judged by their own terms and expiry date; membership alone is not confirmation that a kids’ meal will be free.

• Compare the required adult order. An entrée-only requirement and an entrée-plus-side-and-drink requirement can produce different totals, even when both advertise a free kids’ meal.
• Check what the free item includes. A free kids’ entrée may be different from a complete meal with a drink and side. Ask about substitutions and upgrades before ordering.
• Count the children who qualify. A 12-year-old meets a “12 and under” cutoff but does not meet a “10 and under” cutoff.
• Apply rewards before payment. At Moe’s, the weekly reward must be applied at checkout. For a qualifying Dickey’s online order, add the kids’ meal before entering the code.
• Choose the right ordering method. A restaurant may accept the deal in person or for pickup while excluding delivery. Third-party ordering apps often have separate restrictions.
• Check whether discounts combine. Birthday rewards, coupons and kids’ promotions may exclude one another. Compare the final totals instead of assuming they stack.

Then confirm the serving hours and whether drinks are included. That short check is especially useful for Denny’s, where the two official pages describe different limits, and for any franchise location with its own participation rules.
