Martin’s Place Menu & Prices
One of the oldest barbecue joints in Texas — a 100-year-old brick pit and a horseshoe counter. How do you want it?
What’ll a pound run me?
Martin’s prices meat by weight, and the number changes with the cut and whether you want the fixings or just sauce to go. Pick three things and get the exact price.
A century on the same brick pit
Martin’s opened as a rest stop between Bryan and Texas A&M back when that counted as a journey, and it’s been an Aggie haunt ever since. Claim a stool on the horseshoe counter, order off a board that’s barely changed, and read the state historical marker on your way out — it’s one of the oldest continuously running barbecue joints in Texas.
