Chef Jordan’s three brothers, one kitchen

Chef Jordan founded Ginger Café & Grill in 2014 to bring one-of-a-kind Mediterranean cooking to Corpus Christi’s Southside. He built the menu with his two brothers, spanning Greek, Turkish, Lebanese, Persian, Indian and Pakistani dishes under a single Zabiha halal kitchen. Today the youngest of the three, Zack, runs the Staples Street location largely on his own, while his brothers have gone on to run other restaurants — guests who ask often hear the story straight from him, along with his own tips on how to eat kibbeh.
