Contact Us

Spot a wrong price, a closed location, or a menu item that’s changed? That’s exactly what this page is for. Here’s how we actually verify Texas restaurant menus, how long a fix takes once you flag it, and the fastest way to reach a real person on our small team.

What Happens After You Email Us

  1. Include the restaurant name and city in your subject line. We track corrections per-listing, so “Nancy’s Hustle Houston — price change” gets routed faster than a general message.
  2. We cross-check against the restaurant’s own site or a recent in-person receipt/menu photo before updating anything — we don’t take a single report at face value, since prices and hours get misremembered often.
  3. Price and hours corrections are typically live within 3–5 business days. New dish additions or full menu overhauls can take 1–2 weeks since we rebuild the category listing by hand.
  4. We’ll reply once it’s fixed if you leave an email we can respond to, so you know it’s done rather than wondering if the report went anywhere.

What We Can and Can’t Fix Quickly

Straightforward: a wrong price, a dish that’s been discontinued, a closed location, wrong hours, or a broken reservation link. These we can usually confirm and update within days.

Slower: full seasonal menu rewrites, or restaurants that don’t publish official pricing anywhere online — for those we rely on recent in-person visits or verified aggregator listings, which takes longer to line up.

Other Reasons to Reach Out

  • A restaurant you’d like added to a specific city page
  • You work with a restaurant and want to confirm your own listing is accurate
  • Partnership or data-sharing inquiries
  • Something on the site is broken or displaying incorrectly

Common Questions

How do you get your menu prices in the first place?

We pull from a restaurant’s own website or official delivery-platform listing first, cross-check against a second source where one exists (Tripadvisor’s live menu, Yelp, or a recent review mentioning price), and date every snapshot. Pages note when a price is a live-confirmed baseline versus an estimate.

A price on your site doesn’t match what I paid — why?

Restaurants change prices between our checks, and some run location-specific or seasonal pricing we may not have caught yet. Send us the dish, the price you saw, and roughly when you visited, and we’ll verify and correct it.

Do restaurants pay to be listed?

We offer paid listing options for restaurants that want an enhanced or priority presence on the site. That said, correction requests are handled in the order they’re verified regardless of listing type — a paid listing doesn’t jump the queue for a factual fix.

Can I submit a restaurant that isn’t on the site yet?

Yes — email us the name and city and we’ll add it to our research queue. We prioritize restaurants with active public menus we can verify, since we don’t publish listings we can’t source.

Who’s Behind This Page

Texas Restaurant Menus is run by a small team focused specifically on Texas dining, across 10 cities statewide. We don’t cover every U.S. city; staying regional is what lets us actually verify what we publish instead of scraping it blind.

How we keep listings accurate:

  • Prices dated at time of check, not left to go stale silently
  • Hours cross-checked against the restaurant’s own site where one exists
  • Corrections logged and re-verified, not just deleted on request
  • Some listings are paid placements, clearly separate from our factual accuracy process
