Hull & Oak is the ground-floor restaurant of The Laura Hotel on Dallas Street, and it’s built for the rhythm of downtown. Early, it’s fingerling potatoes and Illy espresso for the breakfast-meeting crowd. Midday it flips to power lunches and a three-course Chef’s Express.
